Avery Park (revisited)

by Jim

This is the rose garden in a local park.

This picture revisits the same location as an earlier post.

In that earlier post, new growth was just starting. Now, many flowers are in full bloom in different shades of red, although some are white like the ones in the trellis surrounding the camera.

This picture was taken as my second entry in the World Wide Panorama (WWP) “Wrinkle” project, in which 360 panoramas will be taken all over the world during the 24-hour period surrounding each solstice and equinox.

I originally hoped to take all of the Wrinkle pictures here, perhaps in slightly different spots, to show the change of seasons in the garden. However, I may choose to do something different for the last two versions; time (and my future circumstances) will tell.

The Wrinkle project is to take multiple pictures at the same time but at different locations. The combination of this picture and its predecessor create a complement of that — taking multiple pictures at the same location but at different times.
